Main Responsibilities
IT Manager
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the bank’s business goals.
- Project Management: Oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.
Systems Analyst
- Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective IT solutions.
- System Design: Develop detailed system specifications and design documents.
- Testing and Implementation: Coordinate system testing, user training, and implementation activities.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.
Network Administrator
- Network Management: Design, implement, and manage the bank’s network infrastructure.
- Security: Ensure the security and integrity of network systems through robust security measures.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of services.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance and optimize as necessary.
- Upgrades: Plan and execute network upgrades and enhancements.
Software Developer
- Application Development: Design, code, test, and implement software applications to meet business needs.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and updates on existing applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to integrate applications with other systems.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and suggest improvements to existing systems.
Database Administrator
- Database Management: Install, configure, and maintain database systems.
- Backup and Recovery: Implement backup and recovery procedures to protect data integrity.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize database performance through tuning and indexing.
- Security: Ensure database security by implementing access controls and monitoring for vulnerabilities.
- Support: Provide support for database-related issues and collaborate with other IT teams for smooth operations.
Job Requirements
General Requirements for All Positions
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred for managerial roles).
- Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role within the banking or financial sector.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CCNA, Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Specific Requirements
IT Manager
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful IT project delivery and team management.
Systems Analyst
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis and design.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, system design, and documentation.
Network Administrator
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure management.
Software Developer
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, and experience with database systems.
Database Administrator
- Minimum 5 years of experience in database administration.
- Expertise in database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
