Main Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their banking needs and resolving their queries.
- Account Management: Managing and maintaining customer accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and transactions.
- Financial Products: Promoting and selling various financial products and services offered by the bank to meet customer needs.
- Risk Management: Assisting in the assessment and management of financial risks associated with banking operations.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Training and Development: Participating in training programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Fresh Graduates: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in banking or finance is not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with banking software is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the banking industry and organizational practices.
- Ethical Standards: High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential information and financial transactions.
