Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Security Management team. As an essential component of LESCO, security personnel play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the company’s assets, employees, and customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion, trespass, or vandalism.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify any security issues.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, such as thefts, accidents, or disturbances.
- Conduct security checks of vehicles, personnel, and goods entering or leaving company premises.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on security-related incidents, observations, and activities.
- Implement and enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security training programs for employees.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors.
- Perform other security-related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in security-related fields preferred.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate security equipment such as surveillance cameras, metal detectors, and alarm systems.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail to identify potential security threats.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
