Main Responsibilities
CEO
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve the company’s short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to all departments and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance and make strategic decisions to maximize profitability and shareholder value.
CFO
- Manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management.
- Collaborate with other executives to assess and mitigate financial risks.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
COO
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to customers.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Optimize asset utilization and maintenance processes to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among operational teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and drive operational excellence.
Job Requirements
CEO
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of executive leadership in the energy or utilities industry.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performance teams.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
CFO
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Extensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience working in the energy or utilities sector preferred.
COO
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of operational leadership in the energy or utilities industry.
- Strong understanding of utility operations, including distribution, maintenance, and customer service.
- Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
