Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to ensure project viability and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the implementation of engineering projects, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving any technical challenges or conflicts as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, or related field). Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, engineering design, and construction supervision, preferably in the public sector or infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in engineering principles, standards, and software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- She demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, procurement processes, and project management methodologies.
