Main Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the college staff and faculty, including organizing schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Logistical Coordination: Assist in coordinating logistics for various college activities such as seminars, workshops, and training programs, ensuring smooth execution.
- Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities, to support the operational needs of the college.
- Communication: Facilitate communication within the college community and with external stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing college events, including ceremonies, conferences, and official visits, to enhance the college’s reputation and visibility.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by college leadership, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support to Faculty: Provide support to faculty members in their teaching and research activities, including preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication with students.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (administration, management, communication, etc.) from a recognized institution. A higher degree or professional certification is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in an educational or military environment. Experience in event coordination and logistical management is an advantage.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic environment with a sense of initiative and problem-solving ability.
- Other Requirements: Candidates must be citizens of Pakistan and meet any additional eligibility criteria specified by the college.
