Main Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis to assess investment opportunities and risks.
- Prepare detailed reports on investment performance, market trends, and economic indicators.
- Develop financial models to support investment decision-making.
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize investment strategies and asset allocation.
- Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting pension funds.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide support during audits and regulatory inspections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with pension fund management principles and regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.
