Main Responsibilities
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum standards to facilitate effective learning experiences for students.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, ensuring discipline and adherence to school policies.
- Student Assessment: Assess student progress through various methods such as tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the school curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods and educational resources.
- Parental Communication: Establish and maintain open communication with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, address concerns, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay updated with best practices in education and enhance teaching skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area.
- Teaching certification/diploma from a recognized institution.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable educational institution preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of educational technology tools is an advantage.
