Main Responsibilities
- Project Implementation: Collaborate with team members to implement the Pulse & PLRA projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- System Enhancement: Participate in the enhancement of revenue systems through the integration of advanced technologies and methodologies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and improve revenue collection processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns related to project implementation.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of new systems and processes.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including project plans, progress reports, and user manuals.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management, IT implementation, or revenue management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in software development methodologies, database management, data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a commitment to achieving shared goals and objectives.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
