Main Responsibilities
Teaching Positions
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the intellectual, social, and emotional development of students.
- Use various instructional strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, assessments, and instructional strategies.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends and best practices.
Administration Positions
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the institution.
- Coordinate with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders to address inquiries, concerns, and administrative matters.
- Manage student records, attendance, and academic documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and activities, both on-campus and off-campus.
- Support the implementation of school policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Teaching Positions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at the relevant level (primary/secondary/higher secondary).
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Administration Positions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles within an educational institution.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
