As an Airhostess, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our passengers throughout their journey. You will represent the face of Airblue, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet passengers with a warm welcome and assist them with boarding procedures.
- Ensure passengers are seated comfortably and assist with stowing carry-on luggage.
- Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to throughout the flight.
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to passenger needs, inquiries, and special requests.
- Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers during the flight, adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the aircraft cabin.
- Handle any in-flight emergencies or incidents with composure and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations and passenger satisfaction.
- Demonstrate professionalism and uphold Airblue’s image at all times.
Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions effectively.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
