Main Responsibilities
- Software Development Manager: Led and managed a team of software developers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Implement best practices in software development methodologies and technologies.
- Business Development Executive: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for software export. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Develop strategic plans to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Quality Assurance Analyst: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. Identify and report defects, track issues, and coordinate with development teams to resolve them.
- Project Coordinator: Coordinate and facilitate project activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Marketing Specialist: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Pakistan’s software industry globally. Create compelling content for digital and traditional marketing channels. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in software development, business development, quality assurance, project management, or marketing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of the software export industry and market trends is preferred.
