As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Specialist & Trainee Registrars.
Main Responsibilities
- Clinical Expertise: Provide specialized medical care and treatment to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Patient Care: Diagnose illnesses, prescribe appropriate treatments, and monitor patient progress throughout their treatment journey.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including consultants, nurses, and technicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest medical research, advancements, and technologies in your area of specialization to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Teaching and Training: Mentor and supervise junior medical staff, including interns and residents, and actively participate in educational activities and training programs as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Medical Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC). For Trainee Registrars, completion of the House Job is mandatory.
- Specialization: For Specialist Registrars, postgraduate qualification (FCPS/MD/MS or equivalent) in the relevant specialty recognized by the PMC. For Trainee Registrars, enrollment in an approved residency training program in the relevant specialty is required.
- Registration: Valid registration with the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) or eligibility for registration.
- Experience: Prior experience in a clinical setting, especially in the relevant specialty, is preferred but not mandatory for Trainee Registrars.
- Skills: Excellent clinical skills, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as per the institutional requirements.
