Main Responsibilities

- Student Support: Provide academic guidance and support to students, fostering a conducive learning environment that promotes intellectual curiosity and growth.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Extracurricular Activities: Participate in organizing and supervising extracurricular activities and events, promoting the holistic development of students beyond the classroom.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area(s); Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous teaching experience in a school or educational institution, preferably with experience teaching girls.
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter and proficiency in instructional techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of students.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to contribute to the overall growth and success of the institution.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Understanding and appreciation of the cultural and social context of the region.
