Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing health projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners to drive project success and achieve organizational objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to optimize project performance and outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and partners to foster collaboration and alignment.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned to inform future project planning and improvement efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or hospital management sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and best practices.
- PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed for project meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
