Position Overview
MGES is currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Teachers. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to the academic and personal growth of our students while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student participation and intellectual curiosity.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and educational resources.
- Establish effective communication channels with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Teaching certification or licensure from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in teaching at the primary or secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter and proficiency in instructional techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Urdu is desirable.
