Main Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient’s medical conditions, formulate treatment plans, and provide advanced therapy interventions as per established protocols.
• Collaborative Care: Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, nurses, therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Advanced Procedures: Perform specialized procedures and interventions within the scope of practice, ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about treatment options, medication management, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and facilitate recovery.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. Generate reports as required by regulatory bodies and hospital administration.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of best practices to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated with advancements in healthcare technology, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices through ongoing education and professional development activities.
• Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensure: Valid licensure or certification as required by the relevant regulatory body. (e.g., Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a specialized area such as intensive care, rehabilitation, or acute care.
• Specialized Training: Additional certification or training in advanced therapy techniques, such as wound care management, ventilator support, or rehabilitation therapy, is highly desirable.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and interact compassionately with patients and their families.
• Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess complex patient situations, prioritize care needs, and make sound clinical judgments.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving healthcare environments, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in managing changing priorities and patient care demands.
• Ethical Conduct: Commitment to upholding ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional integrity in all aspects of practice.
