We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join the education sector in District Bhimber, AJK. These positions are specifically for female candidates and involve providing support in Girl Schools and the District Education Office (DEO) as Class-IV staff. Main Responsibilities
- Supporting Classroom Activities: Assist teachers in organizing classroom activities, maintaining discipline, and ensuring a conducive learning environment for students.
- Administrative Support: Help in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, filing, and organizing educational materials within the DEO office.
- Maintenance and Cleaning: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of school premises, including classrooms, playgrounds, and restrooms.
- Assistance in Special Programs: Support the implementation of special educational programs or events organized by the DEO or school administration.
- Student Supervision: Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Assisting with Student Needs: Assist students with their needs, including helping them with school supplies, directing them to appropriate resources, and providing support as necessary.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to create a positive and productive educational environment.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to all school policies and procedures, including those related to safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Job Requirements
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Education: Minimum qualification of middle school education is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the education sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving objects as required for classroom and school maintenance activities.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills in Urdu and basic understanding of English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members in a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment: Dedication to the mission of providing quality education and support to young girls in the community.
- Residency: Preference will be given to candidates residing in District Bhimber, AJK.
