Main Responsibilities

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with PPSC rules, regulations, and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and suggest measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, assessment, or public administration is preferred.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of recruitment procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate candidates objectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
- Ethical Standards: High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to fairness and transparency.
